Before We Start
Please ensure the following is completed before our agreed start date.
Access to the Property
Safe and clear access to the property during agreed working hours
Entry instructions provided if you will not be present
All required keys, codes, or access details supplied in advance
If access is not available on the start date, delays or additional costs may apply.
Power and Utilities
Access to a working power supply suitable for professional equipment
Power must remain available for the duration of the work
If adequate power is not available, work may be delayed.
Parking and Loading Access
Reasonable parking access close to the property for equipment and materials
Please advise in advance of any parking restrictions or permits required
Delays may occur if access is restricted or not arranged.
Furniture and Personal Belongings
All furniture, rugs, and personal items removed from work areas
Fragile or valuable items removed or protected
Appliances disconnected if required
If furniture or items are not cleared, additional time or charges may apply.
Pets and Occupants
Pets must be secured away from work areas at all times
Children and occupants should remain clear of work zones for safety

During the Work
