COLOUR BLENDING SERVICES
Unify your floors, stairs, and extensions with expert colour-matching techniques.
Our timber colour blending process is designed to save homeowners the stress, cost, and waste of replacing an entire floor just because part of it doesn’t match. Instead of ripping everything out, we carefully adjust the tones of your existing and new timbers using advanced staining, bleaching, and corrective colouring techniques.
Every timber species has its own character, and our methods work with those natural features to create harmony rather than covering them up. Whether it’s an extension added years after the original floor, a stairway that stands out from the surrounding timber, or replacement boards installed after damage, we can blend the colour so the transition is much more harmonious.
The result is a much more consistent, flowing look across your home without the upheaval of a full replacement. Choosing colour blending means you preserve the beauty and integrity of your existing floors, avoid unnecessary costs, and achieve a finish that looks natural and cohesive.

Disclaimer – Setting Realistic Expectations
While our colour blending service achieves a natural and harmonious look, it’s important to understand the limitations of the process.
Timber is a living, organic material with its own unique characteristics, and as such, there are certain factors that cannot be fully controlled:
Colour Matching Limitations
We cannot guarantee a 100% identical colour match across all timbers, especially when dealing with aged timber, sun-faded boards, or sections that already have deep discolouration.
Grain Differences
Timber grain is natural and unique. A softwood like Pine will never replicate the look of a hardwood such as Jarrah, even with colour blending.
Wear Over Time
Blended areas may continue to age or weather differently compared to older sections of flooring, due to natural timber behaviour.
Light & Environment
The way timber looks can change depending on lighting conditions, finish, and the surrounding environment.
Natural Variations
Different species absorb stains and colourants differently, meaning some variation may remain visible.
