Brightening Spaces: Ironbark with Bleaching and Liming - Prahan

Upon arrival, we encountered Ironbark timber flooring with hues of red and orange, a stark contrast to the bright, airy aesthetic desired by the client. Additionally, minor renovations called for our attention, further emphasizing the need for comprehensive restoration.

To commence the transformation, we initiated the sanding process to unveil the raw beauty of the Ironbark timber. However, achieving the desired brightness required additional intervention. Thus, we applied a bleaching solution to lighten the timber, creating a blank canvas for further enhancement.

In our quest for optimal brightness, we introduced a liming technique, meticulously applying lime to achieve the desired lightness. To seal in the newfound radiance and provide long-lasting protection, we opted for Rubio Monocoat 2C—a deep-penetrating oil renowned for its durability and eco-friendliness. This choice not only enhances the natural beauty of the timber but also offers superior resistance to wear and tear.

As the project reached its conclusion, the client's satisfaction was palpable. Their once-dull Ironbark timber flooring now exuded a luminous glow, breathing new life into the space and reflecting their vision of brightness and vitality. Their delight served as a testament to our commitment to excellence and our dedication to exceeding client expectations.

We are always available to provide color samples and consultations, ensuring that each project is tailored to our clients' unique preferences and needs. Don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a consultation—we're here to bring your vision to life.

In summary, the transformation of the Ironbark timber flooring exemplifies our dedication to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Through meticulous attention to detail and the application of innovative techniques, we've succeeded in brightening spaces and creating environments that inspire and delight.
